How to deal with social panic?

Most people panic when they lose a sense of control.
Panic, in turn, causes stress, which accordingly weakens the immunity system and increases the risk of various diseases.

Question: How to protect yourself properly? [1]
1) Information diet ✂. Set a specific time when you read, for example, about the coronavirus news. Do not exceed the 15-30-minute limit per day.
2) Focus on control 💪. Do what is "in your hands": When it comes to the pandemic, wash your hands regularly, avoid unnecessary physical contact with others, eat healthy, and get enough sleep.
3) Focus on activities 🎧. Occupy your mind with long-delayed or unrelated activities. In my case, it's distance learning and a bunch of unwatched movies.
4) Paying attention to feelings ❤️. Feel free to talk about how you feel and what you're experiencing, such as writing a blog or chatting with loved ones.
