You know, proper coaching is tough. 💪

First, it requires a growth-mindset (not everyone is excited about changing their habits and thought patterns). Second, it is emotionally challenging (change may cause fear and anxiety which is unpleasant and for many of us unpleasant equals “bad”). Third, it requires great effort (one thing is to participate in the sessions, the second is to act on the new insights and plans you bring out of them). However, if you do follow through the work, here is what you can expect: ◻️ better performance ◻️ higher productivity ◻️ improved communication ◻️ higher self-esteem ◻️ healthier work-life balance So how do you get started? [1] 1. Define your main career or life goals; be bold 2. Shortlist potential coaches by performing a LinkedIn/Google search or asking for referrals 3. Select few coaches and screen them; ask about their experience, education, and philosophy 4. Pick someone who specializes in your goals; make sure you are able to connect with him/her That's about it! Remember, being curious is not a crime, nor taking care of yourself is. 😊
